This privacy policy describes how Evoleen Technology GmbH ("we", "us") processes personal data when you visit projo-health.com and when patients interact with Projo Health through messenger channels such as WhatsApp, RCS, and SMS.

The controller for personal data processed on this website and through the Projo Health product is Evoleen Technology GmbH, Kochelseestraße 8-10, 81371 München, Germany.

2. Data we process

• Contact data you provide when booking a demo or emailing us (name, email, phone, message content).
• Usage data automatically collected when visiting projo-health.com (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps).
• Patient data processed through Projo Health when operating the product on behalf of a clinical study sponsor or care provider, under a separate data processing agreement.

3. Legal basis

We process personal data on the legal basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contractual necessity or pre-contractual steps), Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests in operating and securing the product), and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligations such as record-keeping).

4. Messenger channels

Projo Health delivers check-ins, surveys, and education through WhatsApp, RCS, and SMS. When a patient communicates through one of these channels, the channel provider (e.g. Meta, the mobile carrier) processes the message as a controller in its own right under the channel provider's terms. We process the medical content of the message as a processor on behalf of the responsible study sponsor or care provider, bound by a data processing agreement and the patient's informed consent.

5. Data residency

Projo Health is deployed in EU-resident infrastructure. Patient data processed through the product is stored and processed within the European Union.

6. Retention

Contact data is retained for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and for the duration of any resulting contractual relationship. Patient data is retained according to the protocol of the responsible study or care program and the applicable statutory retention periods.
